Information We Collect

The lead form sends your name, phone number, email address if provided, city, project details including a room choice, and a date and time. The browser also submits active-number source and UTM values when present, but the supplied server handler does not include those attribution values in its lead notification. A hosting provider may separately record IP address and source-page information in ordinary server access logs. We do not ask for payment details or government identification through this website.

How We Use Information

We use core request information to reply, discuss estimates, schedule work, and contact you by phone, text, or email about your request. We aim to retain inquiry records for up to 24 months unless a longer period is required by law or needed for an active service relationship. Hosting logs and the configured messaging provider may have their own retention settings.

Cookies and Technologies

The area lookup runs entirely in your browser and sends nothing to us. The site uses sessionStorage for phone-number source and UTM values. Google Tag Manager or Analytics may load after interaction or a short delay. The Google Maps embed and Trustindex widget operate under their own services and policies.

Sharing

The supplied handler sends core contact details and a timestamp to its configured messaging-service endpoint. We may also disclose information when required by law or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How We Protect Your Information

The package is designed for HTTPS/TLS hosting and uses server-side validation and sanitizing. The configured message request uses cURL with normal certificate verification, and the included Apache configuration adds security headers and blocks public access to CSV and log files if a host creates them. Access should be limited to staff who need it, and the site requests no payment details or IDs. If a qualifying breach occurs, we will provide notice as required by applicable law, including California Civil Code § 1798.82.

Your Rights

You may ask to access, correct, delete, or opt out of certain uses of your information. We aim to respond within 45 days. California residents may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing. This site does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Do Not Track

This site does not change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals. You can still contact us using the details below to ask about your information.

SMS Terms

If you provide a mobile number, you may receive messages about your request. Reply STOP to stop and HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Children, Links, and Changes

This website is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information. Third-party links and embedded services have their own policies. We may update this policy and will change the Last updated date when we do.
